Across the country, faith-based agencies are navigating legal challenges related to maintaining their religious convictions. Some have closed rather than compromise. Within pregnancy centers, adoption is seldom framed as a Christ-honoring option.
These two crises are connected: when pregnancy centers aren’t equipped to present adoption faithfully, it is rarely seriously considered; and when biblical-focused agencies disappear, adoption loses its foundation.

Christian Adoptions Alliance is not an adoption agency. We are a faith-based training and advocacy organization: the connective tissue between pregnancy centers and the agencies still honoring God’s design for family.
1. Equip Pregnancy Centers
We provide training and tools that help pregnancy center staff present adoption clearly, compassionately, and biblically. When a woman hears adoption presented with conviction and grace, it expands what she believes is possible.
2. Defend Biblical Adoption Standards
We advocate for the right of faith-based agencies to place children in homes grounded in the Christian faith, where a married mother and father are committed to raising children in the Lord. This is not a cultural preference; it is God’s truth, and it is worth defending.
3. Connect Families to Faithful Agencies
Not every agency that claims to be Christian still operates from biblical convictions. We help expectant mothers and prospective parents connect with agencies that place children in homes built on Christian faith. These agencies exist, but they must be supported and strengthened.
